Our Stepping Stone Program

Ardent Global Real Estate Investment LLC takes advantage of private investors as well as hard money lender's liquidity to purchase distressed homes in deteriorating communities across America. Once homes are purchased, they are enrolled in AGI's Stepping Stone Program, where pre-approved mortgagees wait to be connected to a home.

AGI created the Stepping Stone Program to connect the mortgagee's credit with a qualifying loan program regardless of credit conditions and financial status. When approved, AGI aligns the mortgagee with a down payment closing cost assistance program that will offset the financial burden and requirements of the lending institutions.
